Day 4 · Partner meeting (parallel track)

Thursday 28 May 2026 · 09:30 onwards · Partner organisation office

A parallel external-meeting track running alongside the main-venue session. Same product story as Day 1 morning, adapted for the partner organisation’s context — class survey workflows, ship-management interoperability, AI-in-shipping standards.

What this session does

Three things, in order:

  1. Show the substrate’s relevance to maritime AI workflows — credibility through working systems, not slideware
  2. Strengthen the cross-organisation collaboration — shared technical context between the two organisations
  3. Open follow-up conversations — specific shipping-AI workflows worth exploring further

Agenda

BlockActivity
09:30 – 09:45Welcome · context-setting · introductions
09:45 – 10:30AI direction for shipping — enterprise-AI thesis applied to maritime
10:30 – 11:15Living AI Office demo — multi-company dropdown, focus on a ship-management office (40+ agents live)
11:15 – 11:30Break
11:30 – 12:30IoT incident-analysis walk-through — one ship’s alert through the pipeline end-to-end
12:30 – 13:00Q&A · next-step framing

The IoT incident-analysis demo

A five-stage walk-through of one maritime IoT incident, using maritime-specific lenses:

StageAgentLens
1IoT PullerRaw alert from vessel — engine telemetry shows abnormal vibration
2ConverterNormalises to readable .md with context — ship, location, sensor history
3 (parallel)Five analyzersClass Surveyor · Marine Engineer · Operations Manager · Charterer · Owner
4Story-builderClusters post-its by vessel, rebuilds the vessel case-file
5Person-watcherDaily final story for the Fleet Director — what’s urgent today across all vessels

Topics likely to surface

Class survey workflows. Ship-management interoperability. AI-in-shipping standards. The substrate’s perspective patterns transfer naturally — a class survey is a casefile, a surveyor is an analyzer perspective.
