A brilliant office sealed inside a server with no inputs is useless. Agents need to read incoming WhatsApp, Line, email — Outlook, Teams, Slack — and send replies. They need to read your CRM, your ERP, your file storage, your calendars. They need to take phone calls. Phone calls add a wrinkle. Most LLMs are text-based; the world is increasingly voice. So voice-to-text and text-to-voice translate at the door — the brain still works in text, but the office can hold a phone conversation.
